I wanted to reach out and say thank you for all of your hard work and all of your guidance. I truly appreciate all the support that you provided me with throughout this process. I couldn’t have done it without you both. Thank you for just being part of my support system, I hope you both are doing well despite the circumstances. I got into my dream schools and top schools. I was between Berkeley, UCLA, USC and Georgetown University. I still can’t decide between UCLA and Georgetown because at UCLA I got a full ride with the Regent scholarship and at Georgetown it’s far from home and I wouldn’t be able to support my family. I’m currently leaning towards UCLA. --"Breanna" (Student)

It was truly a pleasure for me to be involved. The workshop was definitely a success. In fact, just moments ago, one of the employees that attended the workshop yesterday came in to the office to tell me that his son, who is 14 years old was so inspired by the Club's interest in its employees children's future, that he wants to volunteer during his summer vacation here at El Cab by following Sue's recommendation to start building interest and volunteering in the community early.
On behalf of the employees, I want to thank Sue and the Foundation for this valuable workshop offered to employees free of charge.

Our College Workshop Part II was a huge success yesterday. The focus was on learning how to apply for scholarships and grants instead of student loans which will incur ongoing student debt. A heartfelt thank you to Sue Slotnick who taught the students and parents the various websites to search as well as the importance of doing it early.

"I looked into programs to help me choose, but I don't have any idea on what to do. I want to start my career. I feel like it's hard for me and I am overwhelmed when I try to understand. I need your help. I need guidance. I want to change my life."
